today i DIY to change the B pillar. to do this I need to take out the front seat. Tools you need are

1. box socket size 16 - price I bought at hardware shop RM10
2. box socket torx / (some hardware shop called it star) size T50 - price RM13
3. long nose
4. minus small screw driver

working step

2 time i run to hardware shop to by first and second tools. first becoz it need box socket size 16 to open seat back bolt and front nut. second time i run to hardware shop becoz it need T50 torx box socket to open the seat belt screw from seat side.

after remove the car seat, open bolt size 16 for seat belt from b pillar. remove the seat belt height adjustable square knob. once seat belt is free, old B pillar can be remove after you take out front and back rubber door lining.

use long nose and small screw driver to remove and take out broken b pillar leg from slot.

then can install new B pillar. start from top clip then middle clip, then bottom clip. reverse the opening step to assemble back seat belt and car seat.

if cannot understand my write up just kasi hantam saja.... as long you have the tools i mentioned above...

How much you got the b pillar bro. second hand or new?

2nd hand. Left side top kaki patah. Right side bottom at rear door broken skit.... I just get it for RM100 for both..... becoz not in tiptop good condition... but still can be use compare to old one... all kaki patah and broken everywhere until you can see the metal pillar / seat belt roll inside...

hello guys,

Any of you have experience with them? Main reason are the GB consider cheap + can pay using credit card some more.

Today visit BG for oil service and changed 2nd radiator.

1. oil total semi 10W-40 RM100 per bottle
2. maxle oil filter RM35
3. 2nd hand radiator RM350.
4. Workmanship RM100
total RM685.

Then left for home around 2pm. Drive from PJ to Sepang.

Unfortunately after few hours park at my home, I did notice water on the floor. Open up the expansion tank, water only left 1/4. Called up Nathan and informed him. He said BG will change the radiator after they get another unit. That is another good thing when buying used part at BG. Hopefully I can have it in this few days because this is my daily ride. I will update after replacement is done.
