Any oil, whether synthetic or not, can be used on any cars, what matters most is the viscosity grade, the Caltex Havoline fully synthetic is 10W-50, which is quite thick, the other fully synthetic Havoline is called Havoline Energy, has a viscosity range of 5W-30 (if not mistaken), this one I dare not use.

hi daan, you mentioned the job was done in kuching.. could that have been the reason that our labour was only 200 for that, as well as some other stuff you did?

anyone else got anything to share on this?

1+2=3,

For that I cannot comment, maybe there's a factor. But the place I went is operated by a Singaporean.

Just found out that a "normal" engine oil change(engine oil,oil filter, plugs, labor) for my ride would cost RM 3++.

engine oil semi will set you back around apprx rm 80 4 litre
oil filter -- apprx 30
plugs -- apprx 60 or so ( 4 plugs )

so i bet around rm 200 will be sufficient ... i'm quoting for a 4 potter..
