dude, if you're running street tires there really is no need to warm up the tires. The track in Sepang is pretty hot natrually so after a few corners the temperature should be optimal.
If you're running R compound tires then its take some warming up etc.

And after 5 laps aren't you're tires totally gressy? Mine was squeeling in almost most corners after 3 laps, so I had to drive conservatively. Might as well get the car into the pits and go out again later.
