Official Complaint on Auto Bavaria Glenmarie Incompetency - Warning! Long Post

So many complaints against AB Glenmarie, yet when I drop by AB Glenmarie for a look-see late last month, still many customers send their cars for service.

Guess the mass public is not aware of the issues and grouses that has been brought up here in this forum. To them, as long as there's an Auto Bavaria sign outside a big building with the big roundel to the side, it's a send-my-car-to-you-as-I-couldn't-care-less-as-you-are-AB-and-I-trust-you kind of attitude. That's branding winning over actual service rendered at work.

I sent my car in yesterday to fix the door creaking sound thingy... I was told by my friend it can be corrective body tapes or whatever it is.... Got a call at 5pm.. They gave me an extra present..they scraped the kerb with my car... Left side skirt scratched.. Fortunately no structural damage... But the service officer was very obliging... They will replace the entire side skirt ... I took my car from AB with just 4km done,.. Now on its first tank of diesel... Such a nice present from them

After this was thinking of getting them to by pass the safety feature of not enabling watching of DVD while driving...as my kid throws a fuss whenever he can't watch his favorite cartoon... Have to think twice before sending it in...

This is not good la. Sad to hear ...

I am so so so worried.. since my E90 purchased from AB Glenmarie will to be delivered this afternoon.
Never expect after sales service from such a "world class" entity to be so so unprofessional (to be polite)

that is why i never bother to step in AB la.. i bought mine and dad bought his at Quill.. very good treatment.. more like the 'aura' there is strong that vehicles with problems are less likely to be delivered there.

now big time la dy, driving E92 diesel. no wonder that day i heard u saying, all bmw made 2010 and below were all crap and throw in klang river, before u floored to join the MY2011 and above TT, and left me in a black diesel smoke cloud.
