I have an update on the tea lady at ingress. Yesterday I went, it seems there is a new tea lady there.. or maybe I just have not seen her before. She seems more customer friendly and always at the Cafe area. The one before this was always missing... so this one is definitely better.

The warranty claim that I did twice so far was given a yellow slip of what to be done..

The service guys there is very good. Although my car is only two weeks old, I had a couple of issues which was attended to professionally. They even waited for me yesterday until 7:45pm as I'm stuck almost 2 hours at stupid LDP jam. If you're reading this, thanks a lot guys!

Glad to know that. Customer service is very important. I remember last time accompanying my sis to go look at potential car @ Lexus showroom, Damansara. The so called famed Lexus Customer service is NADA (Tak Ada). Sales people couldn't be bothered to attend to you (just stand there and talk). Perhaps I'm wearing slack a bit (Saturday ma) and my sis perhaps doesn't look like potential customer mah. She's looking at the CT200h but was quite turn off by the delivery date (5-6 months) and also the customer service. Worried, next time bring in her car, will be even worse. She settled for a Golf GTI SE at the end. Good choice... my influence! Ha ha ha!

Anyway, I already booking my next service and last BSRI with Ingress this coming Jan 2012. After trying here and there, to me, I'm still more comfortable with Ingress. Might be far for me, but if they could resolve the issue, it is fine by me. Hope their tea lady and receptionist more friendly next time I drop by. Perhaps I gotta dress up.. Sigh.. I'm more of a t-shirt and bermuda type :p

Weird. I was there at Mutiara looking at IS250 and the sales was quite nice to me, even offering test drive for the RM275k car with me dressed in RM5 pasar malam shorts.

Your sis has to be the coolest female driver on the road with her GTI.

Yeah sure can relate with your experience. There were no people attending you once you walk in to the showroom.had to ask around for an SA to have a look at the Ct200h for my bro.The salesman is very toyota-ish as he even talk bad bout my 320d. told me better sell my car before 3yrs or all my injectors clogged and engine kaput..what a remark. my brother didn't proceed with the car though. We walked away after the test drive.

I get very put-off by people condemning other people or products in order to push in their own view or products. I find this very unwarranted and unbecoming, especially in the area of sales.

I will just walk away......

hahahaha.....we can do that together gether :4:

Not only car dealers la. Almost everything after we paid, sales person "boh Chap" (dun care) bout u anymore. My recent purchase of house also same and it is not a cheap house.

depends on what product/services the sales person is selling....
house agents and car sales is notorious for bad after service as majority will only buy it once or twice in their lifetime.....
myself and my peers in service line have client relationships that last for years...

Agree with bro slips. As I've mentioned, this is my 3rd car from the same SE. She's been very professional and we are happy with her service. And, although I've not bought 3 houses from the same housing agent, my experience with the new house I bought last year was also A+ - he bothers to follow up with after sales service calls, and even checked whether I wanted to move in, or rent out (and this was after we'd signed and paid for the house and presumably settled his commission. In fact, he even offered to take wife and I out for a thank you dinner, but we declined of course (skarly kenna poison to buy more houses during dinner-talk! Haha)

It all boils down to service attitude and the individual involved. If the SE thinks that he or she is only doing this to take home the next paycheck, it will show to the customer. If the SE on the other hand does the job with passion and treats the customers with care, it will also be very obvious to the customer.

I bought my 325 from Ms. Rachel Cheong at Auro Bavaria Glenmarie in Feb 2010. Very helpful and polite. Would recommend her to any new buyer heading to Glenmarie Premium Selection.

Would not recommend Auto Bavaria @ Sg Besi and Tun Razak. The SA's at Auto Bavaria Sg Besi and Tun Razak are too busy chatting among themselves.

Does anybody know what does the 72 pt check in AB comprises? I just found out 3 of my rims are bent and camber is off too!

I would never recommend any1 to go to AutoBavaria Premium Glenmarie.Bad experience the Sales executive and the manager. One of my worst buying experience ever.

Care to share your experience. I just drop by the Premium Selection the other day in Glenmarie... no one attending. I'm free to roam around upstairs and downstairs... go into the car detailing area and no one to be seen... strange :)

I bought a car from Glenmarie. At first I was pissed but the sales guy redeemed himself later on. Recommended :D

For AB Sg Besi, I would recommend Rajan while if you go to Quill I would recommend Carlos. If you are in Ipoh look for Paul Liew in Tian Siang. Good friendly service from these guys.

I usually avoid Glenmarie because their salesguys tend to be scared of customers
