ET, once I had a AA battery slip out of my hands and roll into the rear footwell air vents. It was rattling constantly until the boys at SA got it out for me. Perhaps you have a similar issue.

No coins. My coins is in the small pouch at driver side. I wish it is a coin. Then, I can solve the problem. Now left hand front suspension sounds like a small bird chirping when going to rough road. BlackE90 who sat in my car says maybe due to the anti rollbar to tight or misalign. Have to do send it again when free.

Actually, Mercedes are making good cars now. The E200 CGI will beat the E60 523i and the C250 CGI will beat the E90 325i. So, have ago and see. Good thing is, BMW will respond with the F10 and 3 series replacement in 2012.

That's the thing. You're comparing an end-of-life BMW with a just-introduced Benz. That would only mean that BMW will be a step ahead, and MB would be making cars to respond to BMW's products.

dun waste your time complain to Sapura Auto...same dun waste time complaint to bmw malaysia. I've done both many times and they just dun care.

to them, no matter how much u complaint, people will still buy bmw.

I happen to work with one of the ex-BMW mechanics. Some of the stories i hear are mind blowing. Don't want to go into much of details, but if you can, ALWAYS double check what's been done. If can't be checks, than pray hard that they did do it.

thats almost impossible...the service bay area is a restricted area...even worse if u send ur car at sapura...since its on a 3rd floor. even for normal lube oil service...there is no way the customer would know they actually replacing with new oil

Just to update what happen after I sent to IA. Tapping sounds reduced quite a lot but still come out once a while depends on the "stress" of the car on the road.
Squeaking sounds ?? The Sales Advisor says have to change my absorber and I have to wait a month because they do not have stock and need to order from Germany. I dont believe it !! So any BMWs on the road and IA do not have stock for 1 pcs of absorber. Luckily my car still can drive, if not 1 month without car!!!!:thefinger:

Did IA said they will order from Germany or taking from their w/h in Johor? pls chase them n they tend to forget..normally within a week the stock will arrive.

Service Advisor told me order from Germany. Takes 1 month.

Sounds about right.

That was how long it took for my DSC replacement unit to arrive. Got it replaced last week at IA on good will.
On two occasion actually. previous one was for the sensor for the SRS.

Interestingly, got a courtesy call from IA early this week for feedback on their services recently. Can't think of any at the time.

Also, someone told me only AB keep stock of parts. Other dealers will have to order certain parts direct from Germany on demand.

Anyway, heard AB is taking over Sapura. rumours maybe
