MMZ TT SESSION TECHNICAL REPORT (31st May 2013)- E36 Club From Thailand
Introduction
On 31st May 2013, KSA Chapter organized a TT session that was held in Restoran MMZ Bukit Jelutong. The KSA Chapter TT Session at MMZ has been a weekly affair kind of event led by our most beloved Chairman Mr Gendong. MMZ has been a TT place since way back but somehow the popularity among the udm lover slowly died off after MMZ became the hangout place for other automobile clubs (ie kancil with cikas, jazz with aweks, alza with amois, etc). However, in mid-November 2012 marked a historical moment, as MMZ was brought back to live and KSA Chapter was rejuvenated. Since then, we never miss any TT session every Friday night (except during BMW OTT la).
31st May 2013 – TT Session Outcome
• 10 Tables were booked as early as 8.45pm by irfan80 (even though the TT will start only after 10pm)
• The 2nd person to arrive was Consoglieri at 9.30pm (just Imagine how lonely irfan80 was)
• The crowd started pouring at after 10.20pm
• 120 sticks of Satay (60 chicken 40 daging 20 kambing)
• Gallons of the tarik,drinks, etc
• Total makan/minum cost: RM391 (MMZ selamba pow kita hihi) + RM100 (Satay)
• End Results:
1. BMWCM
2. KSA Chapter BMWCM
3. Bimmerianz
4. E39 club
5. E36 club (fanatics)
1. Dato’ Zulkarnain – President of BMWCM
2. Zul Blackcat – President of 36 Fanatic
Abnormalities
1. Insufficient tables in MMZ to cater for 80ppl++ (big group)
2. Late service from MMZ personnel
3. E36 club from Thai did not come
Root Cause
1. Tables booked for 50 ppl earlier
2. MMZ personnel “pening” to entertain such a big crowd
3. E36 club from Thai could not find their way to MMZ and decided to balik hotel (they were from Tanah Tinggi Genting Kota Keriangan I presumed)
Action to Be Taken
1. No further action required - Not often we get such big crowd
2. No further action required - Not often we get such big crowd
3. Proper planning and communication need to be beefed up (both parties)
Conclusion
In a nutshell, we had great time and we would like to thank wholeheartedly to the Thai for the intention to meet up (the thought counts) and as an indirect result we managed to gather a huge and awesome crowd.
On behalf of KSA Chapter we would like to thank everyone attended the TT session and hope to see u guys again, next Friday…:wink:

o 3 BMW motorbikes
