Open track day.....

Lots of cars...track cars,super cars,wanna be super cars,sports cars.
Some of them very good drivers. Some of them think they are good.Some think they got good cars.Some of them just wanna drive their car fast.

HPC Events
Newbies....Group 1

Will be assigned an Instructors. Newbies will only drives with newbies. ( Group 1)

No overtaking rules applies....( on corners) for your own safety.
Overtaking allowed on the straights.

Group 2

Those who has been in Group 1 and recomended by Instructors.
Allowed to go in without Instuctors.
Rules and Regulation Applies.


Group 3

For those who has track experience. hehe...
Instructors have their own dogfights on the track. Sometime they take students in the track with their own car.Showing them the braking point,lines,apexes and etc.( Instructors Cars la)
Sometime you'll see some track cars in.
Overtaking allowed but in a control way.....
All I know,only one corners is not allowed to overtake. Turn 13....cos very near to the pit entrance. (South Track and Both North Track)That turn applies to all groups 1,2 and 3 ,even instructors.

Overtaking from Turn 12 - 14 ( last corner before back straight ) is forbidden in ALL classes...... same for Turn 1-2, 5-6 & 7-8.....unless a car stopped there so that's an emergency case...

have done sessions where it rained before. Of cos, the organiser would assess the track condition whether it's safe to go. Actually you'll learn a lot more in the wet. The driving limits would be at lower speeds and you'll get to learn how to control your car at less-than-ideal situation. If you do really silly things then you're asking for trouble.

Ramsing... driving in the wet is fun... car all over the place...

i had a chance to drive the Proton R3 race spec cars the last time and in the rain, without working wipers and worst, NO air-con :thefinger:
