Will let HPC management know of your comments. As of now, I would say Grp3 is still enjoyable and relatively safe. We try our best to see to it that all participants pay attention to the safe aspect of it. We do stress on safety at all time. Were you present at the driver's briefing scheduled for 8:30am yesterday?

nope... didnt attend the 8:30am briefing coz i arrived at 9am. time stated was 9am - 1pm so i thought registration starts 9am but actually 9am is start of event haha. i did attend all the debriefing though and was impressed how all the incidents were recorded by the PIC

Yeah maybe the track time was a bit insufficient. A full 30 minutes should do coz that's about what a normal road car could take. Probably 2 groups should suffice. Grp 1 for newbies who wants to get help with instructors and Grp 2 for people who already familiar with the track and has the necessary skills.

The only thing is to have a buffer like 10mins in between groups so there is ample time to position the incoming group and clear the previous group from the track. The basic idea of HPC is to learn and improve oneself also not forgetting to enjoy and have fun. I know i did!

Dave,

Thanks for your compliment and good to see you guys had a good and safe day. I can also vouch that the SG guys are an enthusiastic lot.....had instructed students in Hondas and also Minis to proof that they can drive well too.

Next event will be next year....I think in early May and should be full track.

Cheers,
Jules
