Firstly for your knowledge, Raytech window film already develop the best quality of film in term of solar control and safety performance in Malaysia, better than other USA brand product, Raytech do not buy film from any supplier locally, as well as oversea or taking master franchise from any USA film brand. We custom made and develop our own films from USA manufacturer with the film specification we request. That's make us different from other brand and Raytech is the first Malaysia window film company to expand our business distribution network internationally.
Please allow me to explain more about this company to you. Raytech Window Film is established in Malaysia as a local brand on 2004. After few years of experience, we realize that we have been cheated and the products that we are taking from local suppliers are not original films from USA and the problems such as orange peel effect, bubbles and discoloration start to appear after a mere period of 1-2 years.
Early 2007, we thought of acquiring a master franchise from USA window film brands such as Johnson, Global or Suntek into Malaysia. However, we gave up this idea after realizing the original films from these USA brands are not suitable for Malaysia market use. Only darker color films from these brands have better solar control performance, but it is not compliant with JPJ regulations.
Eventually, Raytech collaborated with Commonwealth Laminating and Coating, Inc. Martinsville Virginia USA to specially develop a series of products for Raytech . Thus, Raytech films specification are customly made in term of solar control performance, film color, VLT, thickness, Low-E etc to compete with other window film brand in Malaysia as well as worldwide. Besides, Raytech products made from direct factory come with original brand packaging and logo on the films itself. After 3 years of cooperation, Raytech Window Film is listed in the manufacturer's official website as their direct factory business partner.
