Sent my car for 3M this morning, 3m crystalline 50 front and 40 for the rest. Will share my opinion later.

Anyone tried Huper Optik Ceramic 40 for FWS and RWS and 30 for windows? I know this is illegal but......
What about 40 all-round? Will the 40 for FWS affect vision? This is suggested by an Ipoh dealer of Huper Optik.

Mine's 40 except the FWS. IMO 40 in front although illegal would not be so vision limiting...

If you're going to CV, they have a branch in D'sara Uptown, look for Peter. Price wise not so sure. But if you do WS alone, they wouldn't provide warranty. I want to do the same for my E87 just WS too. If I happen to do it before you do, I'll get the price for you.

So far so good! Much better experience than Vkool Elite I had before. RM1.6k for my E39.

Good for you bro. Does 1.4k include removal of existing tints? Took them quite a while to remove especially the rear WS, coz the heater element is quite sensitive.

That price is for my new 520d. There is a notice on the shop's wall stating the labour charges for removal of old tint.

Hi.just sharing with you guys.
Did my huper optik Ceramic 70 on the FWS and Ceramic 40 on the rest of the windows yesterday.

Browsed through the distributor list at Smart Window and called up to ask for the price.
Called up some shops located in pj, kota damansara and klang, most of them quoted RM2250-2600.
Was expecting sub-2k so i continued calling,this time CK Tint Auto,located at Taman Kinrara,puchong.Ah keong quoted me RM1500 and its a done deal! Also did the coil carpet. total damage was only RM1650.

Workmanship was good.i stayed there and monitor the work from 10.30am til 1.00pm.
2 men working inside a sealed air conditioned shop. Satisfied so far.heat rejection was good (yesterday's outside temperature was 35C) Smart tag working fine.No problem with the autogate remote as well.:top:

For the record,the price for this Ceramic Huper Optik film all around is about MYR2600
I've got this special price because Ah keong is my cousin bro maa...
so,last i checked the price is about MYR2100 best price there.
