Me no golfer either.

And I am not based in Malaysia. So can't join you guys for TT though I would like to.

Every now and then I do go back to KL though. Perhaps catch you guys one of these days.

If you meant the temperature reading, it's menu 7 of the secret menu. By default this is not shown.

The colour is still orange; it's just that the flash changed the look of the colour.

Mine is neither a CBU nor CKD cause I am not in Malaysia at the moment. But I guess you can consider it a CBU.

Guys,

Returned last nite from my trip to Singapore. I am still dazed by the awesome ride on my e60. Managed to hit 180km/h, though the UDM was asking for more. Unfortunately, I didn't have the guts to push it further. I am not anticipating whats in store in the mail for me (speeding ticket!!!). Now I have to spend time getting the bugs out of the front grille and windscreen....aaarrrggghhh

How was the IAD??

Yes the ride of the e60 in highways is fantastic and very frugal on fuel too. I've taken it up to 210kmph and still very stable. Send it to Darren's place for full wash and wax and he'll get out all the bugs for you lah!

My last trip to Penang a month ago I picked up a ticket...was caught doing 125kmph and fine is RM150 which just arrived.

The IAD was a blast. Enjoyed myself very much. The comittee did a fantastic job and everyone went away happy. I'd say 90% of the people won a prize in the lucky draw. They had >100 prizes up for grabs including the latest Sony mobile.

A big WELL DONE and THANK YOU to all the people who orgnaized the event!! KUDOS!!

Spent about 2hours cleaning the car yesterday. I normally try to clean the car myself, that way I know where the defects are, so that I can act accordingly. Having said that, I will never wax the car myself. Too time consuming, that's Darrens job!!!

Currently i stay in Mutiara D'sara....just shift-in, infact. But always in sect.14, since i sent my daughter to my parents place during weekdays. That's why i always 'lepak + coffee' either in jaya/metro or d'sara uptown.

Darren runs an auto detailing shop in Sect14. Have been to his place upon Johnchen's introduction. He does a very professional job on the cars he takes on.
