sorry for misunderstanding.. % of VLT from original car is different for every car..We can say it's around 75% to 80%

My other car is

77% front
64% rear
60% for both front side and rear sides

Not too sure the factor is if you add say 70% VLT tint to the front. My guess is maybe 63%, which fails JPJ

I'm sure that 95% of tint shops out there only knows what it is their tint VLT but not tint plus factory tint VLT
