You bought the bush and pumped it into the arms? So you are using the old upper arms?

bro,

i wud suggest you check the milelage counter is moving b4 u taking out the gears. try moving the outer black gear up and down. the counter should change easily. probably the wring gears were used previously. i know tht theres 2 type of gears for 2 type of meters.

service the car yesterday:

penzoil 4L 10w40 rm184 (2 bottle)
filter rm18
workmanship rm45

total rm247

personally i think it is a reasonable price bcoz i also requested the mech to clean the black box connectd to trans dme and reset the error memory.

Can be reuse as long as the upper arm is not bent and the ball joint on the other side still intact.

Can use the 750 bushing from E32, to differentiate the bushing from E34, look at the plastic clip on the bushing, if blue color (E34), light green color (750).
You will get a tighter and firmer feel when using the 750 bushing, and they are more durable than E34 bushings as they were design to take heavier load from E32 under braking.

BMW part number for 750 bushing: 31 12 1 136 607
