Hi,As topic says. Where do you service your car? Also, could you detail the cost of living with the car? I don't think its cheap to run, since its a beemer, parts and labour would be expansive. Finding a car to own now. Not sure go with RX8, Toyota Celica, or BMW or ....Thanks

dear bro...

regarding ur inquiry bout cost of owning a bimmer, all i can say is...its cheap to maintain ur car regardless of brand and make...its a misconception for jumping to the conclusion that anything about bimmer is expensive, its so not true!!~ :canabis:  either ur in kelantan or even in eskimo land, the cost of owning the ultimate driving machine is...expandable :pepsi: :driver: haha

Bro,
Forget about japanese car, once u drove bimmer..you will in love, hard to discribe the feeling but you will know once you have it..
I hv no problem driving bimmer in KB,there are few workshop around & one of it belong to my friend, located at Tunjung..

Hmm, only one small problem. I am used to Climate control AC, USB port for MP3 player, ABS, EBD. if don't have these toys then I don't want. Don't care if beemer or not. Rear passanger AC is quite nice as well. Used to that as well.

excuse me??? you are the one here asking for guidance and now you tell us your "small problem". weren't you so very concerned about the cost and maintenence in the first place? first of all, you don't even tell us what your budget is and what you are looking for. if budget is not an issue where all the above toys as you call it are available, then i don't see what the problem is. next time, be more detailed in your request!!

if you have $750K to blow , then i suggest you go for the latest M3. it has all the toys you want.

the only problem i see here is you. you can't decide what you want and want other people to decide for you or to convince you. well, we don't get anything in convincing people what we like to drive...and especially so to people we don't know.

this is not the "don't care if beemer or not" forum.

~sigh.. This guy really funny one.haha..

What with the cars you've mentioned, the only Beemer in that price range is a 320i/d....well worth it, seeing as it's a new car too.

But you may just lurve the RX8 or the Celica. Plenty of gadgetry. Decisions, decisions. Life's tough when you have money to throw and not enough worthy receptacles ... and given your nonchalance towards BMWs; I mean, honestly, not that I don't have your best interests at heart(you'd mistake me if you think I did though), coming to a BMW forum and posting like that is hardly the best place to start.

I accept that, as I am that.
1. I don't have loads to spend.
2. I want something easy to live with.
3. I got the same response from the other brand spefic forums.

Thanks, maybe the 320d then.

Yes bro ... infact there are a few in Klang Valley with the same passion but using a different name, such as bimmeranz, udm owners etc. As for the Kelantan side, I believe it is also a legally registered club.
