:listen: ... no worries JJ. Part III, Part IV and so on is not an issue. As long as one keeps an open mind, positive abt the discussion and not try to find fault, it should be ok :4:. When negativity rules, even if one were to write "I love you" put a smiley to it :love: ... it would be taken as a form of "sexual harrasment" :4: ..

One should not forget that though the forum belongs to the club, The Club is The Club and The Forum is The Forum, each with a sets of rules governing each entity. The rules governing the forum is very specific and we have been lenient at times to allow constructive feedbacks (from all sorts of posting - commercial sales issues, tech matters, general discussion etc etc) for us to work and improve on any short comings.

For those that had missed it (the Rules and Regulation of the Forum) or need a refresher, do go back to the front page of this site and go through it by all means. The do's and dont's are there and the "can do" and "cannot do" of the Moderator/s is/are stated as well.

We are here to learn and improve on our short comings but if we are not open and positive about it, it can never happen. Fault finding is never constructive, so leave it behind and move forward ...

This is a car club and it will still be a car club no matter ... :top:

Its very commendable of you to state that the club n forum are distinct entities with own rules and regulations that need to be adhered to. You are very gracious in listening to issues that crop up with an open mind. I guess for some as they grow old they really do grow wiser.

i think this is a joke reply...what positive thinking and good faith been said here?

an OM selling thread was publicly scrutinized just because he is suspected of profiteering. How can you justify such action without proof in the first place? is it a joke now that positive thinking and good faith is repeated here? was there positive thinking and was there good faith exercised here in the first place? further to that now the he has been publicly ask to provide prove...to further pursue this action in the first place was not done in good faith at all.

So like i said and some others had put forth...all that is clarified here is just mere lip service and sop reply as usual...save the day? pls la...

My reply was address to John J posting and thats about it .

Further to that, what I was stressing was that everyone should be in a positive mind in whatever issues one wants to discuss or debate over. Read my post carefully and you will noticed that I am not targeting anyone in particular. It was merely an advise in general to everyone. Take it, if you like it and you can leave it, if you dont.

It is also not a standard reply (like you have mention many atimes) and I believe there is no such SOP in replying to anything. I have not seen any (SOP) and I believe nobody has. Its a sincere reply from me to remind everyone (CGs, OMS, CMs) to be just that and thats is what I can only do. What we write at times speaks volume of what we are in person.

Whether you or anyone in this forum wants to listen or choses to do otherwise, that is beyond my control.

What is written by Herbert is the problem here. OMs have stated that it was unnecessary. If a decision is not made clearly then there will be more unhappiness. Like I said, each time such matters happen there is a common denominator. Many OMs are whispering ... Dictatorship.

I find it funny how many Malaysians will not speak up but then there is a lot of whispering la Prez. What happened to the meeting you wanted to have with B33mer etc la? So that is why OMs feel things get swept.

We all want to see a great forum where we all talk cars and have great outings. I hope some CM can learn what you say Prez, read with a positive open mind.

Those who follow should heed the words of wisdom from you la Prez.

If I m in wingzee shoes...I wont show proof...I wanna sell...if anybody interested to buy...buy la....if anyone feel it is expensive...just ignore it....or maybe can ask justification or nego the price by pming....1 more thing...since the cm will discuss about what will be the appropriate or acceptable profit margin( whats OK n whats NOT OK) ....the right thing to do at this moment is to announce that no selling should be done until decision is made...my 2 cents opinion..

On the topic of dictatorship, come to think of it, it's odd that why the onus is on me to provide proof when Herbert did not even provide his basis of allegations. Where is the proof that I am profiteering in the first place? Just because he managed to find some supplier selling it cheaper? Just like any other law proceedings, proofs & motives must first be established.

Just a thought.

And of course, the various questions that was posed yesterday. They have to be addressed and upon discussions by CMs, have to be announced for the benefit of all. Or else, it looks like an obvious personal attack or selective prosecution.

Why is seller not questioned at the same time? My case have obviously set the precedence of price policing.

Whether you want to understand or not, its your choice bro. If you believe that a simple "reminder or an advise to all to be positive", without being selective to anyone or any issue in particular, from me is "empty talk", so be it. Thats your right to think the way you want to.

As for wingzee and herbert in mention, I believe both of them are capable of sorting it out among themselves. Whatever response each one of you wants to make with regards to their posting, the choice is still yours.

Sharing is caring bro and I share what I hv gone thru in life for the benefit of all. What transpired between Herbert and Wingzee, I believe, is being sorted out among the two of them. We can share our thoughts and opinion if we want to but do it responsibily and not fault find anyone, be it towards wingzee, herbert or even myself :frown: ...

As for my meet with Beemer, trust me it will happen soon and I believe I will not bore you with the details on why it did not happen sooner. As for us (CM) also, we find it difficult to find the quorum to meet on a regular basis. I am Kuantan base bro and it has not been easy but we are managing it the best we can.
