Mr Prez himself have since posted that CM's will have a meeting to discuss over this. I believe the CM should have a collectively agreed & finalized the decision before replying on this issue.

Firstly you did not breach any forum rules. Secondly let me clarify what actually happened.

1. When you posted in the Classifieds that you will be ordering another 2 units of the scanner, I asked what's the price as I have the intention to purchase it from you. Out of curiousity, I decided to check the previous Jarance's group buy website i.e. OBDChina.com and found out that the price is USD27.00.

2. It was never my intention to slander you nor to cause any embarassment. What I did was to question why you are selling at RM220 as the price should be much lower than what you have stated.

3. Then you mentioned about willing buyer willing seller and that you purchased it and will also purchase it from another seller http://www.ebay.com/itm/MINI-BMW-US..._Automotive_Tools&hash=item4d0a39e4b7&vxp=mtr. I am doubtful that you have indeed ordered the previous item from this Romania ebay seller as looking at the ebay website, the qyt sold to date is only 1 unit.

4. For whatever reasons (that you posted saying you bought and will be buying from this Romania ebay seller), it is only best known to you and we shall leave it to just that.

5. A few and in particular one CG as usual has indeed tried to create confusion and/or distort of this situation. I will not reply nor would I entertain such. However let it be known that CM has tolerated this particular CG for quite a while now. CM would kindly advise this particular CG to conduct himself as a guest of our club.

6. For your information and record purposes, the fourm officially belongs to BMW Club Malaysia.

7. CM does not want to sound arrogrant but if this particular club guest find that this forum is too restrictive and whatnots, he is feel to explore other forum and have his fun time there.

Dear Prez, I see that you only replied to the official members. Me as a club guest have always been 50/50 on whether to submit my form which is sitting on my desk now all filled up.

What I do see is that even as CG, you didn't acknowledge their points raised up here. Would that be taken into consideration or rather just ignored and points raised by OM's are only heard?
