actually if u wanna get 320d feel on 323i, just push to manual shift.. the feel is there liao.. tried it today (highway not much car) and i wuz flying til 170-180kmh for the first time in my life.. gila man.... clocked 3,000 km

siuloong - Ahhhh! 2010 car is the reason for going below 250K. You need to knock off another 10 - 12% off as this is already 2011. I was thinking it's a 2011 pre-reg!

schwarz - max i got on my 323 was 230 kmh. Cud go a bit more but sudah takut at that speed as there are no Msport bits on the car to increase downforce. Above 200, the car starts to feel a bit light. Anyway, the character in DS mode is really different than in normal mode yah!

235k is already a good deal, you can get 2010 pre reg for 225k?

If you were to sell a 2009 323i to BMW, they will take it at around 180K+ only and sell at around 210. I know coz I asked. For 2010, should add another 25K to the price, so 235 sounds about right.

No lar.... was just asking the dealer during the recent 3er promotion! LOL

ahmz, 2010 car with mileage approx 10k, was an alternative for me...pricing approx RM230k doable.

If you want to get the feel of a 320d, get a 320d man! Then drive at 245km/hr for the first time in your life!!!! see our Kluang breakfast run thread pics for proof that the 320d can hit 245km/hr.

just wondering guys.. how is the quality of our bolehland's diesel affecting the 320D? I recall reading somewhere about some manufacturers not bringing in their diesels bcos of quality issues with our diesel here.

No problems at all with the 320d....for a good example, look at the 530d brought in years ago, no problems till date!

the sulphur content in our diesel will corrode the cylinder walls over a period of time. not to mention how bad it is for the environment. Hopefully you wont have a problem.

You know of anybody who has had this problem?

bad for the environment? are you thinking about the black smoked 'lori hantu'?

This is modern diesel engine technology, unlike the old diesel it is clean burning and delivers more miles/km for less fuel. The Europeans are using it because it is good for the environment. in the UK more than 90% of new BMWs are diesels.
