So it's been say 5 days since I took delivery of the 325 and now she's clocked just over 1,000 kms ... So what gives? Let's see:- engine is so much smoother than when it was at 200kms- consumption is better too (9.6l/100 km on highway)- getting used to the car and how she handlesBut here are some fun facts:- boot lid is misaligned- bonnet lid is misaligned- vertical plastic that separates the kidneys was scratched on the corner at the factory and the touch up job was like Tippex, picture to come later- howling sound from passenger side A pillar when exceeding 130 km/h, it is wind noise BUT does not sound like what you'd get in an Alza, rather it sounds like a spoilt bearing- car creaks here and there, not metallic but it's plastic to plastic, sounds coming from B pillar/seats/plastic attachments. Not that loud but heck, for a 300k car? Will let the car settle down a bit more before I take it back to the SCPopped by AB Glenmarie today and one of the service guys says creaks etc are a norm. But he was unsure of the wind noise so an appointment was made to resolve it. Looks like what I read in forums be it locally or internationally on E90 Beemers are now manifesting itself.
