10k Service

Hi all,does ur SA tell you that the first 10k service is from BSRI? cause when i first bought the car, the SA told me free then the service department charge me for it. anyone experience this?Thanks

tell your SA to pay for it since your SA say free...

i told him already! his response was he himself wasnt aware!!! what a joke!!! i complain to the sale manager and he will look into it!!! i give them few days and see!!!

No free. BSRI is calculating the service period according to your driving style. If you follow BSRI, mostly 15-18k you will get service alert from the system, before this milleage BMW won't give you free service.

Advise you to do your own servicing at 7-10k
