Greetings Fellas, Encountered this today when I was surfing for something relevant to it. http://www.nccc.org.my/v2/index.php/e-aduanI have read few threads and some of us are dissatisfied with services provided by some business / service owners, which leads to disastrous experiences to ourselves, consumers. We can perhaps raise our concerns to this board. But, I am truly unsure of the effectiveness on this bureau. Well, no harm trying. Or if anyone has done this before, probably can share if it a good idea to do so.
