he he he he... the jumper was mainly target for the 318i, or the old 325i

my car got affected by the TXD linked to ground short circuit, lucky lucky

it just annoy the running parameter???, no powerful thunder bolt hit my car!!!

look like the EGS got no RXD link for 328i model.., escaped..
after re-check the X20 and X69, all pass; except the X69 pin 18 (blue/black wire)
the X69 pin 18 was link from the DME MS41.0, it was unknow link.. by refer to the BMW electrical wiring of the MS41.0 DME, it does not mention any wire with Blue/Black to any one of connector pin...:stupid:

any body know about this link?? it could be BUGss or error?? or the wiring diagram miss-out???

the RXD from 20-pin socket also tracked and it link to the X20 and then into the Fuse BOX...,
the X69 pin18 (blue/black wire) link into the fuse box...

i had track the RXD from interior, it link to no-where, just a loop cycle; not link to X20 ????

NEXT JOB:
---> to open the FUSE BOXxsss!!! and track it into the HELL HOLES

A miracle!!! there must be something in the SHADOW!!!, i recheck to RXD; it had been link back to the RXD distributor in the interior ??? a complete nasty unexplainable !!!

i am very sure not to miss-out the wiring tracking on the RXD interior last time.., it does not link to
the outside X20 socket!!!!, it link to the X35; a socket link to my IHKA, but the IHKA did not use the RXD..., ???, soo it should be the old IHKR that use both RXD and TXD..!!!, THE RXD was loop cycle in the interior wiring.. i checked last time!!!!
 
The X69 pin 18 was link to the gear selector switch!! X511

:stupid:, shit.., the gear selector was completely different from the real specified model..

there was different arrangement of all the 8 pin connector to the selector switch :stupid:

lucky it match all the gear shift LOGIC.., and no short to anything
 
Alarm system

i had dump off the alarm system; it was not ALPINE alarm model or BMW DWA system..,
THE REAL original alarm for E36 was Alpine alarm or the DWA in the interior rear mirror!!! :stupid:

or maybe it was for different version??? or RECON ????
 
this look like the ZKEIV, OBCV and KOMBI could be already condamn... :stickyman:
maybe just one of the semi-conductor in RXD terminal ??? transistor?? IC??? LOGIC GET???

LOOK the current condition!!!

current condition at the front side ...

THE A/C system had some missing component!!!, AUC sensor and K450 independent ventilation relay.
 
THE BMW CD/RADIO socket

this look like the ORIGINAL BMW CD/RADIO player had been condamn!!! by the BUGGgggss.....
maybe???, that why the previous owner replace with a cheap disc player...
 
One of the missing link!!!

this is the missing link in the X69 socket from chassic to EGS!!!!!

after inspected.., it was complete missing from the distributor...
look the picture!!!, (blue/red) one wire incoming from brake light switch, the next 3 wire was
link to the Check control module, ABS and OBC V.

ONE MISSING LINK TO THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT (X69 socket) WHICH LINK TO EGS!!!

IT WAS FACTORY ASSEMBLE ERROR OR WAS HACKED ???? !!!
 
Next job..

to custom fit the interior 16-pin DLC port..., re-link the remaining missing......

i got the DLC female cable, i just modified it to match the original wiring...

AND CHECK THE Oxygen SENSOR,... exhaust Valve FLAP....(wiring)
because in the wiring, both of it was link together.., my car exhaust did not had any FLAP.
it could be bug??,
 
I think maybe the car had an accident before and the insurance company that patched it up before just wack only on the electrical and electronic stuff...

Man, not many people understand this stuff.
 
CAUTION !! posibility of HACKER!!

i just successfully link-up the missing brake signal link to EGS,

Who said the wire lenght in the BMW was sensitive?? (resistance), the more resistance; the more horse power to be sucked. the brake signal respond just like the DIGITAL 1 or 0, no brake signal would be 0, brake on would be 1. (no problem on current flow in wire, regard to the size for these type of link; i just use the same size different colour)

i tested, it brake easily, without opposite force feeling while braking.

IT would be HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE for the TORQUE converter with-out the brake signal to EGSss..That why ALOT of BMW gearbox CON con con CON-DAMN damn damn.......

LUCKY, lucky the gearbox no problem YET...

everybody better check the gearbox oil level, should not be excesive.., mine last time was excesive..., i ask them to drain it OFF to NORmal level..., it improve performanch and fuel economy afterward....

THE Fuse-7 was SOLVED with-out spare-parts replacement!!!

i solved the F-7 keep burn problem.., it was not any component FAULT!!! :top:
ALL THE central LOCK full function and ZKEIV unit!!, the bug was concealed.

PROVED it was not damaged by the new alarm system (VG-8000),
i still using the new alarm unit with everything in full function except the ZKE IV cannot be access by my LAPTOP diagnosis.., maybe it require GT-1 ???, coding???, software upgrade???

there had many missing link, by refer to the original BMW wiring,
i dunno it was HACKED or missing out of the factory; :stupid:
the worker miss-out the assembly ???, manufacturer error???, conversion ERROR???
human error??,or ROBOT ERROR???
but some of the previous missing link was confirm hacked!!
 
Next big bug found!!!

i found another critical HACKED link!!!, :stupid: , information CONCEALED..
how to identify it was hacked??, soo just compare the rest of wire;
hacked wire will be look newer compare to original manufacturer assemble 's wire look abit dirty and old...

and better to refer to the original BMW wiring manual, careful; some manual from internet may be hacked?? soo, just compare with many type of diffferent wiring manual...

some hack was missing wire; other was illegal linked wire...

Test run result

the engine sound completely changed, vibration reduced.., increase respondsive in S-mode..
the engine sound like the american muscle car (the Z06), not know what happend??? :top:

Original jumper setting for obdii bmw

hello everybody there,

the picture attached here was the original jumper CAP for OBD II BMW,
round 20-pin and the 16-pin DLC port.

Z3, E46, E39,..... was confirm to be OBD II system.
some other E36 328i with MS41.1 version of DME also OBD II.

OBD II round 20-pin, part number: 12521703202
16-pin DLC, part number: ??????
