Hey Raydl,

It really depends on the condition of the car. I would say that a well maintained, well specced 2001 model with good service history, decent mileage would cost approx RM80k+ however again it depends on whether the car is in good condition as this would definately impact on the price and could easily push it into Rm60k -70k range.

Raydl, I think an original 2001 728i with double vanos cost much more. Maybe in the region of RM90+.

My friend advertised his 1998 728i single vanos but converted to double vanos for RM88K and there were many many enquiries.

I do see in Mudah that 1996/1997 are advertised at between MR66-RM71K. Of course it all depends on the condition.

My experience on E38 is love at 1st test drive few years ago. Now owning a 2001 728i not many cars out there can match the comfort level and built quality. I know someone pay 125k for E38 728i few months ago. Its all depends on conditions and how well it is maintain. for year 2001, 90k+ is hardly come by.
