E38 728i cassette player replacement

To all E38 owners I wish you all a very good day. I have a question that I need advise. Can anyone advise me, I own a 728i double vanos 2001 E38. I would like to change the radio on my car to the one with the monitor. I know I can find them at the potong kereta shop. My question is, is it a direct replAcement or is there any modification involved . Pls help me, I need advise and if anyone has any of the monitor unit for sale, I'm interested in buying. I have sent you a PM on where you could buy a second hand unit. I have seen it at this chop shop still intact on the half cut 2001 E38 but never enquired about it. Therefore I don't know their asking price. Just make sure you read the notes from the link to ensure that you get the complete hardwares before buying the unit.
