I am impressed. That is what I call a proactive customer service personnel. Share the name of yr SA, I wld be glad to give him a try if I happen to get another car.

I got my misses F30 from Quill. No bad experience, but my SA is a bit too junior, so I hv to educate her more then she can advise me, hehehe. But overall they gave me a good feeling, and they even called me to bring my car in anytime to fix that ASS coding complimentary after I making some noise to my SA. ;)

Your life starts at 200 kmh ? We should meet bro !!! Hahahahahhah .... i would to like to take it to 250 kmh ... :)

if you are in klang/ setia alam, give the new one wheelcorp premium a try.... i got mine there.

Ingress too provides corporate fleet discounts where it varies according to the companies you belong to...

As far I know, the corporate discounts are given by BMW Malaysia, so any dealer should be able to extend the same discounts

hi guys,
what about auto bavaria in jb? anybody got bad experience ker?
we dont have that many options here like u guys
would u say better get one in kl from a reputable dealer rather then risking urself with AB JB?
much appreciated

Actually you can book and buy from Wearnes Autohaus, Ingress and Quill. Then have them deliver to JB or you come up and collect your car.

Well, put it this way, when getting a new car which is supplied by BMW Malaysia so regardless which dealer you get it from, cars are from the same source, now pre sales I think you would be given a fairly decent service(not counting Glenmarie)but the real deal is when you already signed the dotted line, that's when the difference is most important, not saying others are perfect but I'm sure you've read about AB n it's reputation,it's easy to get your car from KL or outside your region but can you send down your car for each n every small but irritating problems you might face and I doubt AB will treat kindly to a car bought from KL for example n non AB at that too..if AB is the only dealer in town, looks like your choice is Hobson's choice..good luck mate..

i bought my car from Quill. so far my experience has been good, above average. as im not a very demanding person and im quite reasonable thus im quite happy with Quill's services as i've been going back to them quite often on questions and minor fixes and they have been more than helpful.
Michael is my SA, eventhough hes not your typical "on the ball", "fast", "responsive" like those younger SA but i've grew to kinda like him. Hes consistent and he tries his best, thats all im asking for.

Quill gave some discount vouchers for parts and accessories and free advanced driving course if you recommend a buyer, those who bought from Ingress and AB, did you get these as well?

From my personal experience, I have never been disappointed with Ingress.

No experience so far with Quill or Wearnes.

Only distasteful experience with AB...

Car will be out by next weekend :)

AB Sg Besi

Anybody has any experience with SA with the name Est**r?

I had one with a SA called Gab*&e* .. after signing the dotted line, he just didnt care to follow up and ask me for my loan documents. I ended up havng to call him 3 days after putting down the deposit.

SA told me cars waiting list is long, have to wait until Dec 12 to get my car, but then all of sudden, the car with the spec i wanted appeared..out of nowhere.. on the pretxt that someone just didnt get his loan approved.

Am booking 320i 2013 and hv been calling different dealers and so far the best service i got were from quill kl fr an SA
called Hussein and Lilly fr Penang.

I got my skd F30 from Wearnes Segambut (behind seafood noodle shop). SA was previously from Volvo SG besi when I tested the v60. Only dealt with one SA so far, no frills, didn't over sell, humble and helpful fella. If he doesn't have an answer about something, he will say so and will find out for me instead of winging it through. Got free basic v-kool tinting but I asked for an upgrade while I top up and he covered a bit more for me. Got golf umbrella and a car body care kit.

When I had issues with the driver side power windows, he was quick to help me make an appointment. Sent in first time for quick verification and second time for replacement all under a week, with complimentary car wash. Now I'm starting to hear some light knocking sound from the front right suspension/steering rack and also noticed the rusty frame under both seats, I will bring in for a quick check up before the first full service for full replacement.

So far, the driving pleasure outweighs the minor issues I have with the car as they are not deal breakers for me. Wearnes and their SA (Chang) have been treating me with respect and helping me as much as they can and sometimes beyond. So far so good for me.

BTW, I was at AB SG Besi one weekend, browsing around in the showroom for a good 15-20 minutes. It wasn't packed, no one bothered to attend to me while most of the SA avoided eye contact doing their own thing.

"Doing their own thing and avoided eye contact" - haha, thats another classic.
best describe the industry service leval in Malaysia.
On the other hand, have you ever walked into a shop and SA justs follow you wherever you go without introducing him/herself or smiling.
Just FOLLOW you around, like a bad stink.

That's my sentiment too with the F30. The sheer driving pleasure far outweighs the issues. But, if you have studied this forum, you'll discover the suspension and "rust" issue not that easy to resolve.

As for service levels, I recently sent my F10 for in-between BSRI oil service to Wearnes and found them attentive enough with quick turnaround. This helps when I'm footing the bill. Ingress is still No. 1 for me though. In fact, I'm bringing a friend over tomorrow, which I'm sure its gonna secure a sale for 'em. See, AB! Such a poor history of screwing your customers in the past, now you kena!

Stay away from auto bavaria esp sg besi ... Terrible sales agent.. No respect for customers.. Booked a white bmw but sales agent forced me to buy different colour car.. What an ass hole. Only after commission rather than about building long term customer relationship.. It's my money not yours and i decide for myself.

Sms my hr document the other day and sms her.. She didnt evn bothered to reply... To say thank you etc.. No respect whatsoever..
