I am not sure how I could snap the photo of this because it's a black paint and... I believe during production they just sprayed it with the black paint over but you can definitely notice the bulge and rusty surface around the C-pillars.

I tried... lol but the manager said as far as it can go, he'll only give me:

1. Complimentary courtesy car during the re-spray ( Takes about 3 - 4 days. I do think that this should not be a "gift", it's a must! )
2. Free polish :the finger: (By the way, if you guys are getting free polishes in AB Sungai Besi, please reject it... their car polish causes white stains on the car. When I took delivery, I sent my car for some inspection by a car polish shop and they said it's a very bad polish)

I think it's going to be extremely difficult considering that they have already registered the chassis etc with JPJ and loan documents. Not sure if there's a way around this?
 
I received my car last week and did a thorough check. Notice three spots, which look like chipped off. I think they were bubbles caused by dust during the spraying. When AB Penang polished the car, the bubbles burst and caused the imperfections. I did not want any respray because the past experience taught me a lesson: it will never look the same again if the car is sprayed.

Anyway, after enjoy driving for 3 days, I feel better. I bought the car because it is fun to drive, not because I want to get more upset. Furthermore, I guess I will get more chipped off in future since I drive it so often. :)

Apparently the manager at AB gave his promise that it'll look exactly the same. Otherwise they'll re-do it until it looks the same :p Keeping my fingers crossed on this.
 
Just received phone call from my SA. His stated that no more service booklet for F30.

She forgot that E90 is the last model equipped with the service booklet.

Hope this clarifies.

Last time, I received my old car and found a dent on the boot. AB resprayed it for me. At first, it looked alright. A few months later, when the wax layer faded and not so shining anymore, can see the difference. So, for me, I always accumulate the damages and then respray the whole car.

Most important thing: you enjoy the car and not enjoy other people envying your car.

Actually, I don't think there is a service booklet since the E90 LCI. My LCI came without one.
 
Look for Norman at Ingress. Superb service.

Bought 2 bimmers from him.

A E60 when he was with AB Segambut.
Recently a F10. Going to collect it this Saturday.

Experience with AB SA sucks.
All this young kuci rat that know nothing abt BMW.
When a CO is subsidiary of HUGE CO like Simedarby,
they dont seem to be interested in few 100K revenue lah !!!

Will send car to Wearnes Segambut for service in the future.
I know the Service Supervisor there.

I got loan myself from PBB as I know the loan officer.
2 days approval as they already has my record.

Went to JPJ to get number myself. I think cost me only RM210.
Went early in the morning. Done within 10 minutes. Do not need any runner.

Norman inform me when car is ready. Bought a bank draft for the balance sum.
Pay today and will collect car this Saturday.

Infact I can collect it today but um um Hungry Ghost Day so avoid lah !!!

not all SA lar, some SA good some SA bad, depend on your or his mood and chemistry lor.
i got my from AB sales service good , after sales service ok , but quil better.

still you can expect everyone to treat us like VIP especially we may want to try the car few time end up buying somewhere when there is a promo / deal given.

Is there any discount purchasing F30? I asked Ingress b4 and they say no discount?

you can receive 6% discount if you're employed at a company that has been purchasing BMWs. i got RM14.9k for my 320d.

any dealer will request you to produce a letter signed by your employer addressed to BMW Malaysia seeking this corporate-program discount. you'll be entitled upon approval. i got mine thru AB, my brother got his via Ingress.

Hi bro, mind elaborating on " has been purchasing BMWs" you meant purchased one before or have to buy 2 or more to enjoy the discount? thanks
