hahahahaha sorry to say, but this is just pathetic. Mange your time well. And no, you have no right to speed and drive like a madman because of some emergency of yours, that is why we have Police, Bomba and Ambulance at your disposal, they can do that. Not you.
Its very simple, follow speed limits and road rules. It seems that some have forgotten road rules already, time to revise. Pls show me where it said that "driver is allowed to drive above speed limit should an emergency arise" hahahahahahah
