The quotation is out but why u don't think the problem they face also ?Ur car got lot problem more ...so they help u fix it and
charge u ...This is reasonable...
If u got more professional workshop ,y don't u sent to another workshop ?Just a 500 also cant paid ...Pls dun drive BMW pls ...
Shameful got u this kind of customer ...If i am the owner , i will give back ur car ...It too shameful have u this kind of customer ...

These are customers testimonials based on actual experiences. Btw khaikhong, why are u so protective? Looks like more than one person faced bad experience at that workshop.

It's not which oil grade is better, but which oil the customer explicitly requested. As an honest businessman, one should 'serve the customer' unless the customer asked for an opinion, and he agrees to the opinion given.
