As mentioned in my earlier post, 4.5k should be the market price for Sachs OEM Msports

Can E90 LCI in stock condition to replace DIN100 battery. The mech have done the registry and say it is OK. Basically telling the car that is now equipped with a new and higher MAH battery. Is that so?

E90 320i Year 2011 (LCI with iDrive - Last batch before F30)

Just serviced my car - below are the details:

Parts:
Mobil 1 5W-50 5 Litre - RM300
Oil Filter - RM110
Copper Gasket - RM10
Ori Rear Brake Pad - RM480
Brake Pad Sensor - RM72

Labour:
Oil Service + Check - RM120
Change Rear Brake Pad - RM80

Total: RM1172 + 6% GST (RM70) = RM1242

Can anyone comment on this and let me know whether the prices are reasonable?

Thank you and appreciate your help.

That is reasonable price. i have been paying about rm550 for normal service. Liquimoly oil + filter + labour and related.

Guys, i need your help plz.
i upgraded from E46 to 2005 E90 320i.

My aircon is having a problem now and not cooling unless if i am driving and not if i stop at a traffic light or jam.

Any good Aircon shop?

i suspect the cooling coil is leaking. Any idea of the aircon part prices, including compressor ...etc?

thanks

Thank you for the suggestion. I heard that Naidu is over priced.
Get a diagnostic & a quote before proceed with repairs/replacement. Otherwise Alan of Shell TTDI is a good option too.

Just got the quote from Naidu, he said the cooling coil problem, cost RM2200 for original (1year waranty), RM 1700 for another type (3 months waranty)

However, i went to another shop just under sunway flyover, he said the compressor not enough pressure!

I dont want to change one part, then the issue turns out to be from another part. waste of money :(

Hi Guys, there is a weird whistling sound coming from the engine bay (e90 320i 2005) and it increases with the RPM/acceleration. Any idea what this might be?

its annoying

Thanks

M-sport suspension mounting (front) RM95 x 2. Lemforder brand. Normal one would have cost RM78 x 2. Got this from Bav Auto.

Effect: suspension feels tighter and well cushioned, steering feel also much better now. The earlier popping noise upon hitting irregular roads is now gone.

So you only changed the mountings and not the shocks? Any sign of mounting failure?
