Ouch on the cooling coil.

However, your tyres are pretty decent for that price. Mind sharing where you go them?

I went with Goodyear AS F1 at around 600+ per corner. Was thinking of going back to Michelins......

Just to share...

Felt the N52 engine juddering only at speeds above 120kmph (occasionally). As suspected, misfiring :(

Took it to Super Excel Car Service at Transfer Road, Penang to get diagnosed.

Changed one ignition coil (Bosch 0 221 504 470) as cylinder 5 was misfiring. Also changed all 6 spark plugs (Bosch FR 7 NPP332). Parts and labor costed RM350.00 and 2.5 hours.

As a result, the engine was performing much smooth at speeds below 40kmph. Before the change, the engine was slightly rough even at zero throttle.

Hi, anyone can recommend me the battery for 320d, model and price.....workshop in Puchong ?
Many Thanks.

No power during pick up, not smooth changing gear, stuck at 3rd & 4th gear while acceleration - only will change when u leave your feet from the acceleration pedal. High fuel consumption (16.5-17 litres/ 100km). Is that serious enough?

@kelvin1706:

Just a heads up. Most of parts you replaced at M1 costs twice or thrice as much as the market price:

- Spark plug is only about RM20 ea
- ATF pan assy is about RM260
- ATF (Original ZF Lifeguard6) is only RM50 per litre
- Brake sensors are only RM45 ea

While for alignment & balancing, a good job at MPS Sunway only costs about RM170 for on-wheel balancing + alignment.

If you know your stuffs, you will end up paying much less than what you paid there.

Thanks for sharing the symptoms so that we all know what to look out for whether there is a gearbox problem.

If the air con compressor and coil is original, then it is the price but otherwise it is expensive...

Changing 7L Lifeguard transmission oil at UAG Auto Section 7 Shah Alam : RM 770, changing spark plugs 6 pcs: RM 240, Prices inclusive labour and parts.

Planning to change my ATF oil soon. Any recomendation on the best oil to use? Mine is 320d LCI 184hp version. From my readings LCI model dont use ZF oil rite?

Guys, my front brake sensors have lit up... about time to change pads... already hit 55k km on the odo.

What's a good brand of brake pads to get, where and roughly how much? I would prefer original BMW or OEM. I am located in KL area...

If OEM just go to Bavarian Auto (Google the name and find the closest branch nearest to you). Don't forget to let them include in the brake sensors as well. Price wise is around rm350 for the fronts if I am not mistaken, or it could be rm450
