Previously I have changed to Boge absobers front and back..But its a bit soft..Good for standard but not for lowered car. I tested my fren's E60. He custom the absobers. Dame good handling. So I bought the old junk standard absobers from half cut shop. Sent for custom made the absobers. I took out my Boge and keep it for spare and now using the custom absobers..For me its dame good handling same as adjustable and the absober can be serviced. How soft or hard you like the shop can do it depending what you want. Warranty 6 months for you to test the absober till you satisfied..

If you all changing the old absober, do not throw away the old one as you can repair it and custom. It will cost you RM1600 for 4 absobers to custom including fixing workmanship and the shop at Sri Kembangan..How good the driving feeling on the absober is very subjective. You may test my car to feel it. To me its quite good but to others, depends on your personal feelings.

Just for sharing....cheers..

some power steering related fixes today ...

Power Steering Repair Kit (Top) - RM280
Power Steering Repair Kit (Bottom) - RM50
Oil Filter Gasket - RM30
Power Steering Pressure Hose - RM1200
Power Steering Fluid - RM90
Labour - RM400

Hopefully it will fully resolve my power steering leaking issue ...

Power Steering Fluid leaking :-( from the top of the steering rack ...
So what the workshop did is to take out the power rack and inspect the condition of the power steering and at the same time replace those old seal and "rubber"s .. quite a number of them.

The main issue is with the condition of some inner component (not sure whether i had managed to identify it correctly):
- Pinion Input Shaft
- Power Cyclinder
It shows some wear off sign, so they are worried that it might still leak after those seal replacement but this is the cheapest solution for now .. else i might need to replace it with a reconditioned steering rack which will be much more expensive.

Hope this will help to stop the leak ..

BTW, any of u guys experience the power steering rack leak before?
