e39 Parts and Maintenance Cost

Understood that u are fussy with original stuffs, but the rm2800 just not worth it for me. Actually u can ask the MID unit from many members here.

As for the MID, since I had my hands on an original unit from AB, I figured what the hell lah...can't beat the feeling of unwrapping a brand new toy, right? haha

Which BBS style are his rims in? Is it the cross spoke bolted 2 piece ones?

The aircon stopped blowing air out. Got it checked and was some blower sensor thingy went kaput. Changed it costing rm350 and now it's colder

Camshaft sensor (siemen) rm300
Crankshaft position sensor (vdo) rm230

Did you feel that the car was more responsive soon after changing the sensors? I know i did when i changed only my camshaft sensor.

front mounting - Febi Bilstein - RM70 a piece
rear mounting - Febi Bilstein - RM60 a piece

all from Bavarian Auto

absorbers - Titan suspension...ok its not OEM or ori....
price: RM2800 for all 4 pieces. Comes with 2 years warranty and 2 free service

handling now is so much better.....

then went to do alignment and balancing

my regular tyre guy set -1.5 degree camber for my rear....is it ok?

comfort and firm ride....
not too bouncy but can attack some corners harder now

would love to feel that comfort and firm ride after it settles down, mine is consider a bit on the hard (getting old) with the M-sport spring

tried going through smart tunnel...cant feel much of the yellow line bumps....
but outlook the car seems alot higher...hehehehehe no longer have d low hung look

It will settle. Nice dun feel yellow stripes, mine can feel every single stripes
