Hello committee support la this event.At least shoow la leadership by example.It is only day event ma that also so hard is it. Other than anual dinner and happy hour event i wonder what is you guys function.Each time got event or TT new members or even some old members keep asking where is the rest of the committee. I just dont know what to reply to them other than they are resting in peace.Sorry XXX, Fabian, DD,Iceman13,Jarance,Blackrope,Sith,Jeff,Nikazwa but itis about time you guys get a wake up call.

That why we need BMWCM committee to participate, so we can pass you the money than the club can wright a cek to the charity home. Than not only the members but the club also will be known for its charity work. That way we need you guys in this trip,and that way the event is under BMWCM. If not baik we call this event cppeng charity drive.

Is there a bank account for us to transfer / bank in the agreed amount for each participants. I think we should sort out the amount to be donated upfront and we should create a window for those who are interested to contribute but could not make it to the event. They can kindly chip on too.
What is the agenda that day? Are we going to be taking the kids out for a ride for lunch somewhere? Such as each car take 2 kids and we convoy to the nearest KFC or McD or we just go there and hang out with them at their place.
