Of course massage ada, but you have to pay la. Massage chairs are free though. The usual stuff: free food, drinks (beer at KLIA), WIFI, etc. I find it useful when travelling for business and need a better place to wait than the departure lounge seats.

People, the Q3-2008 White Card promotions include 5 hrs complimentary use of the Plaza Premium lounges in LCCT, KLIA and Changi. Very useful since it's hard to afford Biz Class travel nowadays. Can't even afford MAS...

I received the White Card and the USB stick (1GB) bout 2 weeks ago after I'd registered it on the website. Got the Q3 2008 quarterly issue early this week and the only thing that caught my attention was the Premium Lounge 5 hours free access in KLIA.

Citibank also free access to the lounge for their platinum card holders..

But it comes with fine prints, only 12 times a year

few days ago i called up bmw voice center and asking my white card its on process or not,just first dial and between 20 sec then someone who name JEREMY pick the phone ( good service ! ) and check for me,he need sometime to check it out on the HQ side and promises call me back in the few days.

today i was received his call and confirm that my information was missing so he asking me refill form n fax again directly to the bmw HQ with staff name.I feel that he really provide good service to me and never delay! just the first time feel that driving bmw its give me that privilege feeling. WELL DONE!

just find out white card package its not come with pendrive if u are buying those pre-owned / pre-register cars.i just received mine that same like e46f and i called up to bmw voice and get the answer.white box and pendrive only giving out to those new car owners :sleep:

NOPE! mine was a pre-register APRIL 2008 & the whitebox c/w a 1GB pendrive .:love:

errr... why so kiasu about the white box and pendrive? its no big deal if u ask me. whats important is the service u get AFTER buying the car. a 1Gb pen drive u can get for less than 50 ringgit anywhere. white box? i dont even know where i put it

Nope I didnt get one. Not too fussed. I enjoy the $$$ savings I got going with pre-reg than I would have with a pen drive and a white box

Me too having the problem and I call up BMW voice, they told me mistaken include the drive inside and they will send to me 1 week later. We all know that 1GB pen drive is cheap but is good to have it if can.
