Good choices. An alternative for the guests if they want to hv Penang hawker food is the Northam Beach Cafe by the sea & opposite the Northam Hotel suites.

I concur.

instead of that dinner in the hotel, why not try some local flair. Food there isn't something to shout about but at least it's got plenty of car-parking and choice of food.

but i foresee a few problems.

1) Considering the number of people that will be attending, a bus with that kinda sitting capacity will require a driver with a driving license of at least an 'E' category.

2) Who's going to pay for the bus rental?
