But bear in mind, to go bird watching..... the birds do not turn up untill around 11pm at Upper Penang Road. Soho is still there but the main action is now a stone's throw away.

Then i recommend we lepar at Island Plaze along Jalan Tanjong Tokong. There we have a Starbucks, Cofee Bean, Dome, KFC. Also the ladies or gents can do some shopping. Good thing is that it's air-conditioned.

Better than a fly infested mamak stall on the side of the road.
