I just arrived Penang by road. Here's a little FR:
Traffic was light but all along the way there were road works at different sections of the highway. So, becareful and look far for lane closures. Watch out for debris, blown out truck tyres on the road.
Noticed only 1 speed trap at Kuala Kangsar under flyover. Could have been more...will only know later on.
Jam built up 3 km before Juru toll due to road works that closed 2 lanes. Situation should be better for you lads tomorrow. Usual heavy traffic leading to the toll approaching the Bridge and on it.
Unfortunately I wont be around when you all arrive, so, drive safe and have a fun trip.
