bro...try to write your complain here, fill up all the details.. on the "send e-mail to" menu, choose BMW AG worldwide... hope this will help... just simply write all your grief, pain, sufferings and difficulties... hopefully something good will come out out of this.. do let us know the updates... hope that you'll settle all you problems.. best of luck..

Yeah i actually did complain from the URL u given few days ago. Got called from customer service from BMW malaysia. I think he can't help at all so i asked him to get the right person can help ... so Mr. Wolfgang Schlimme did call but seems like he can't help much either. Just told me he would follow up but still no courtesy car given coz i guess he probably know i am getting my car back yesterday night. He called before im on my way to go collect my car. I did ask why no courtesy car during the period ... he didn't answer but he did apology only. Nothing else. so i guess case close tat way?

the damn problam was the fuel pump fault!! i wondering it is made in china ?
no wonder once i got my car and i didnt feel like what u guys mention how good abt the bimmer. i just felt my car wouldn't go smooth one when i step on the pedal!!! Last night i only know how's the feel driving a bimmer. Man a damn fuel pump! what compensaiton will i get? nothing ... :(

in my opinion, the fact that your case has got Mr. Wolfgang Schlimme 's attention is good enough i suppose... however if the problem still persist, and u do not get all the necessary service and treatment from the dealer.. then you may direct your complain to the very top of the management.. as for now..just enjoy the car bro :wink:

and someone called from sapura today ... someone dun even know what he suppose to do and dare to call and ask ..... u guess what he asked?
what happen? who was the service advisor?? he even lazy to check the invoice himself? man .... can't believe it~

FYI, i did mention once how many cases like me in the BMW forum, they said they not suppose to read. So whatever we make noise will not help but we can share the experience and solution here.
 
U post in MotorTrader, if your case is serious enough, they will contact u. I tried it and it works! and mine was a stupid case that took place more than 10 years ago. They still interested to know.
 
How bout switching future service to Ingress? I've never even been there but from forum posts it seems to be way better than the other two. Then you can write a letter to Sapura informing them and explaining why, and forward a copy to both BMW Malaysia and BMW Corporate HQ as well as posting it on forums.
 
Aiyaa.. we BMW owners just want to enjoy the car.. as long as problem solved, we just move on with life as many greater things waiting for us to do.

I would most probably ~ 99.999% switch to Ingress because its just 5 minutes away from home.. :D So far, not negative news on them. All are pleasant news!!

now another case is my SA. He's been cheating me til today only I found out. He promised me two bmw polo shirts if i bought the car fr him. It has been 4 months n he's still giving excuses. today i called him abt it cos he promised to deliver them today. he said his boss went out. no one can sign for approval. (another makeup story) 5mins later his boss called to follow up abt my car. I asked whether staffs need someone to sign before got staff price of bwm products? then he said yes and the person is him! His boss is in the office! I only realized that guy was lying again!!! SO complained to his boss. Later the liar called and said y do I make it a big fuss for a little thing. As if I'm the one did something wrong!! and somemore blame me tat complain can make him losting his job!! tomolo his boss will come to my office ... will complain to him abt it! damn liar! dun wanna give then say so la!! can't believe it! his boss said next time service just call and look for him instead :)

em ... quite far away from my place and office. :( my office in KL. Nearest is the Sapura~
 
wow keeekeee, I was actually planning to get an e60 in a few months time, and after reading your horror story.... I am not so sure if I should invest in such a sensitive car.

For just T-Shirt he to lost his job... thats very sad. When will they learn??:eek::eek: The SA should learn by now.

no he said this complain might make him lost the job but he is still working there! he was trying to give me all the excuses during this 4 months so i might give up asking the shirts from him then he no need to pay for it. Cannot believe got such SA ??? Don't promise if he cant make it. what a LIAR!!

and the damn car just got back few days and it got promblem with the damn new fuel pump again!!! :( :(
