I think the problem is not THE car, but how SAPURA handle the SITUATION............I mean customer service!!! They should take more effort & make sure your painful experience through this INCONVENIENCE as minimum as possible.........
I know deep in your heart you LOVE this car very much but because of the current experience, you brain will tell you the opposite, right?? You should make the necessary complain, best is that BMW AG know about your case so that in future their representatives
will treat other BMW owners better.
Think of yourself as though you're opening roads for others to use.......
That's how great your action would be....... :O
