you guys can do lunch in ipoh & drive up to cameron after that .
it's a thrilling 90 min drive .
the ipoh team did cameron about 2 months back .
we got a good contact for an apartment if you guys need any help .
will also check with the ipoh team if they are available to join the
cameron drive .

looking at the calendar , my suggestion is to avoid the 25-27 Oct
weekend . it's a long divali weekend & cameron would be jammed packed .
18&19 Oct or 1&2 Nov ?

You guys going to Cameron, may want to consider an alternate route, via KKB, Kuala Lipis, Gua Musang & Lojing. It's a nice drive, and then return via Simpang Pulai, with a detour to Ipoh if you want... I did it in reverse (Cameron-Gua Musang-Kuala Lipis-KL) a couple months back and had fun overtaking all those lorries/cars, especially when going uphill

I would love to join in the trip, but unfortunately am fully tied up every weekend in Oct and can only make it from 8 Nov onwards.
