Thank you all for the overwhelming response.

Looking at the total number of participants with spouse and all, the numbers have exceeded the limit set by BMW Malaysia and we have to reject applicants. There will only be openings unless some on the list drop out. :wink:

Those that booked your hotel room, please make payment to pussy @ Felix by next Wednesday, as we are required to pay a booking fee to the hotel. The hotel rate we have gotten is RM170, inclusive of breakfast at Cititel.

There are some requests for certain members that are bringing their spouse and kids to check in earlier into the hotel. As such, we should be having our early lunch in Penang and check into the hotel before making the trip to Kulim to accomodate these members. There should be sufficient time for us to do so.

As this is a big convoy up, we will again be divided into 2 groups, and once in the assembly, we will be broken into 4-5 groups. More info to be given during the morning briefing on the 29th January. At the mean time, ensure your car is in tip top condition prior to the trip.:top:
