They have your name, I/C No. and H/P No... You just confirm who you are by replying to their question.

if I were you, I will be very careful cos they also know where you live if you want to try anything funny.

Your next course of action is to:-
1. Moved to another place until they are ALL caught.
2. Make police report (I think you have done that)
3. make report with Micheal chong (He is very helpful)
4. Ask home minisrty for protection if the police cannot get the people in time as your life is in constant threat.
5. Ask for advise from our beloved dpm as he is known to give councilling to people in distress. No appoinment necessary as you can dropped by his resident any time.
6. hire PI to check out the background of the people who threaten you so that you can take pre-empt action.
7. Check with your bank to see whether you have any unauthorised transfer of fund.
8. Check with your credit card whether they have issue any supplement card or your credit limit is increased.
9. check with all finance company whether you have another car loan, personal loan.
10. check with all the loan shark whether you have taken any loan from them.
11. But the best option is to migrate to another country.

just give a call to the KL high court to confirm this...if your name's not there just forget bout this case. if ur name's there and you don't attend, they can issue a warrant of arrest...so better be safe & call

bro astroboy, my friend had the same thing happened to him. details all the same as what you shared, called to say they sent letter to your address, be in court at what and what date and time plus more about his wife being a director of a company that is now brankrupt.

my friend checked with his lawyers and there was no such court hearing.

sometimes i also get calls from "citibank" asking me to verify first on the phone my personal 3 digit numbers on my credit card before proceeding.

what the fark? call me and ask me to verify sommore. why don't you give me your manager's contact and i verify you first before answering any questions !
