Bro - 2007 till now .. not a puff - after 28 yrs of Marlboro, Winston, B&H, Salem.

A 9 in scar under my arm forces me to stop, cold turkey
Withdrawal syndroms - 2+ yrs - incl false alarm on heart attack twice.
Continous cough, flu, sore throat, sleepless nite, high sex drive (this one saja tambah)
Watch your diet coz you tend to eat more.

You'll smell better ...
