Its the average Fuel Consumption that matters bro. Don't sweat the small stuff. Tekan all the way! Guarantee you'll still get 800km per full tank!

Just went for my first full tank of B5 biodiesel. Let's see how fuel consumption changes if any on this one, I doubt there'll be any noticeable difference though. Euro4 didn't make much of a change either.

Haha ok ok i will tekan all the way only after past the 2000 km point ! Btw any thoughts on the biodiesel on our 320d ? seems bmw m'sia has approve its use .....but i pondering if there's any side effects as compared to the normal diesel we using now ?

Hi I am new for this forum , I am planning to buy 520d but cannot
make decision yet due to i have some my doubt about our diesel.
gameover bro, how about B5 performance?the engine clattering
sound louder?
Anyone know about our diesel policy --- current diesel will face out
switch to B5 100% or same as current RON95 and 97?

Yes current policy is 100% B5 biodiesel at least in the central region within the year I believe.

I've covered more than 600km with my first tank of Petronas B5 since the launch on Tuesday including trips up and down Fraser's Hill over the weekend. So far I notice absolutely no difference in terms of power delivery, consumption, soot/smoke or smell. If anything there's slightly less vibration in the car if that's possible. I'm refueling today and will go for B5 again. I'm just waiting for Caltex to have their B5 version soon.
