Guys, I am getting worry as well. I have a previous order for my own use on the 12th Feb and it was shipped out on the 14th Feb.
(Just 1 pce of another type of scanner)

However, for the group buy, I have placed the order on the 14th Feb and till to date the goods have not been ship out yet.
It been 4 days now since the order was made. I have already send a message to them to advise on the delivery today.

Usually, I will get an email notification when the good is shipped out.

UPS is suck in my experience..slow update in system and slower delivery if compare with DHL.

For same item, i have to paid tax duty if send via UPS but no tax for DHL.

Bro, u only able to see the detail tomolo if the parcel sent today.

aiyo now only say ups lousy. next time i will use dhl if there is ever going to be another gbuy.

I tot the freight company is provided by seller, not our preference. Sorry bro..

Actual, the company provide 5 company:- FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS and Hong Kong post. When you place the order, it automatically calculate the weight and volume.
It tabulated the cost from the 5 companies. Me being stingy choose the cheapest. When I order previously, I use HK post and it came within a week.

Look like we might get taxed if use UPS based on bmw7833 experience. sorry guys.

From my own experience Fedex and EMS are superb.

As for tax, boleh bincang bang.

dunno about in malaysia, but when i was in UK, whenever i use Fedex to post from overseas, it came very fast. no custom delay or anything. but a week later will come in another letter from fedex asking about the custom tax + admin fee. what happen was in order to get the item to us very quickly, they pay the customs charges first themselves, and later charge admin fee for it. sometimes admin fee is as much as the tax itself eg. gbp12 for tax + gbp10 for admin fee.

That's weird, over here they'll call first to check if we are willing to pay if not they'll return the package. If yes, they'll pay for it first then do COD for the tax.

Anybody where I can download the CN22 code for the scanner in case there is a query from custom.

I think the last time it was label as cable. but I think "data processing device" is more suitable and it is tax exempt.
