Good time to buy E60 and trade in my E39?

vaanikamAnybody got the current model E60 bmw and previously owned e39? If so, please share your thoughts and ideas and expensive repair woes ifany here. I know a good friend who bought a new Waja last year after selling his E90. He bought it secondhand from KL and use for about 1 year. Even though the diagnostik computer picked up a few minor problems before buying, his repairs for the time he owned came to nearly RM19k at AB.Which dealer not to go? I am thinking to buy a secondhand E60.

So far I got no problem. If your E39 is reliable, why change?

Yo Tamby,

I am currently driving an E39. That thought of upgrading to E60 is normal. After consulting my service advisor at AB, he advised me to keep my E39 until the E60 replacement arrives. By then, all the problems in the E60 should be ironed out.

Bro, if your E39 2001 model onwards than why do you wanna sell it, unless its having major problems, what make you think that E60 would be perform well without any issues.
