German Marque in Glenmarie

Hi guys..anyone heard of German Marque workshop in Glenmarie? if so..does anyone has anything to share about their workmanship and pricing? i am thinking of taking my car there for service so thought if i can get some insight first before making a decision...that would be really helpful

Pricey.

been there twice. One for free service and second time for oil change.

they change my oil filter but used the wrong type of filter and cause oil to leak.

didnt go there after that disappointed mishap.

I already took my car there this morning just for a check as my coolant level became low again after topping up just abt 1 week+ ago. So they checked, and told me that my radiator is leaking and need to change. They also mentioned to me that they will give a free inspection of my car and let me know whats the health of my car. All in all, after the checks they gave me a report which states so many things that's not in good health. :63: They also gave me a quotation for all the parts that needs replacing and the cost came up to about 7k++ :102: ..I asked for 2 types of quotes one is for OEM parts and the other for ori parts...the 7k++ is for OEM parts only..i will be getting the ori parts quote tomorrow...their service was good though..friendly and courteous...

As i just bought the car 2 weeks ago from this particular dealer, i need to go back to them 2moro morning to bloody well argue my case. DAMN!!!

Can anyone help me and recommend where can i get BMW parts that are cheap and not cut throat pricing?

well look on the bright side bro. at least now u know what needs to be changed. u dont hv to change everything at one go. use the list to prioritize which needs to be changed first. one step at a time.....

on the dealer, yeah try go back to them to claim or demand they rectify the issues. can try to slow talk to them. btw, which model did u decided on?

for original parts, can try bavarian auto, depending on ur location.

which model i decided on? do you mean my car bro? my car is the E90 323i 2010 version

bavarian auto parts are competitively priced? Is bavarian auto the one based in SS2?

yup SS2. they carry original parts. price-wise...it a BMW...so expect to pay a premium (for peace of mind too). some guys hv their own favorite shops/workshop that they frequent, some buy online for a better deal. so find urself a reliable BMW mechanic/workshop that u can trust. it'll do wonders for ur pocket.
