my parent lives in batu pahat, maybe someday ( the dreaded day when my GB failed ) I will pay him a visit. I balik kampung once a month to BP too.......for Beriyani Mat Shah of course

En Bazet, which part of BP? maybe we can meet up one day..my friend lives in Peserai BP..will PM u his hp no..nice old man like otai one...now i have e few friends owning e39s and a few reliable workshops..let me know if you come down to BP.. at least for a mini TT session..cheers

recently overhauled the steering rack and so far so good with that. now found out oil leaking from the hoses incl the pressure hose. gonna send it to my mech to change those hoses

I had my e34 steering rack overhauled last time (RM300 plus labour) but replaced the chop shop one for my e39 n costs me rm1k..glad to hear that there are repair kits available for e39..thanx for sharing bro mick123..

my mech said, a used or recon one is around 1.2k to 1.3k but dont know their history and condition. so overhauled with repair kit. cost me 1.35k. solved that leak but know the high pressure hose (i think) and another 2 shorter hoses are leaking. that hose is gonna cost like 1k+......

changed the power steering oil tank, its to and fro hoses and the high pressure hose. also saw the fan belt with cracks all over. all for a wallet lightening sum of 1.8k.

ahh, my real world name is azril ( 013 6767 057 ). Probably this weekend I'll at BP. I stay at either Taman Datuk AB Rahman Jaafar or Kampung Sate ( in laws )

Wallet lightened by MYR2900 today
- front absorbers
- power steering containers
- gearbox oil
- power steering oil
- front passenger left power window bracket
- termostat
- power steering hoses

anything to do with power steering is $$$..hoses,oil...duhh

Sent at Naidu 9am, done at 6pm....spent the whole day playing GT5 to kill the time

Naidu sent my car for a wash after made me almost 3k poorer , now I can drive without worries

Gorgeous 2002 at Naidu, nice car to drive in Nurburgring in GT5

hi all...may i know where is the reliable workshop at batu pahat/seremban/melaka area? i'm driving E39 2.2..frequently going back to my hometown at labis. For safety measure, better for me to know any workshop at johor/melaka/n9 area..last week on the way to johor one of my plug coil is 'kong'...turn back to kl and change another car as i dont know any other workshop outside kl...tq..
