Nolah just dun want to distract him by going here and there as you know I normally travel as a family.

Gurney have reverted, their rates as follows: -

Standard room - RM200 nett with 2 breakfast
Suite (2 room) - RM360 nett with 4 breakfast

They can block book 15 rooms for us, with confirmation to be made by end Jan and deposit 30 days before check in date

So far Gurney seems preferred. Your choice and confirmation open till 18th Jan.

Would everyone be OK if I imposed a cut off date for signing? I am concerned with such a large group, logistically it is going to be very hard to manage hotels, makan etc. Can we limit this to 20 cars? That way easy to manage with 2 packs of 10 cars each.

I shall be very grateful if all the tentatives make an immediate confirmation. It is the start of the school holidays so should be a good family outing.

Cut off is 18th Jan 2011 to facilitate planning. Tq

I not committe leh, so I cannot make decisions...wah! this is really threading on a tight rope..well since your drive date came out first I suppose the comm can differ the date..otherwise its going to be an AGM with nobody as most of the OM will be in Penang...or is that their intention so that day no drama and everybody live peacefully ever after...anyway got AGM no AGM I will still live for another day.

Pls note...if you want this drive to happen you need to confirm by 18th Jan. Failure to do so would render us to lose the booking at Gurney. Remember this is peak season and we are getting a solid rate.
