Conversion of e39 steering

The steering #2 and #3 are same size but bigger than steering #4 and #5.

Steering #4 is a little bit thicker than #5, but #5 has a extra pair of ear (paddle shift).

This one very nice! I never know Hamann offer this kind of 2 spokes steering for e39. How the airbag looks like?

There is another type bro...the SSG paddles. Downshift and upshift on both paddles. Bro B33MER have this in his SMG E46.

Used one hardly come by, from 3k to 5k. New one? Prepare 7k to 9k together with airbag.

with tat price m sure the wheel c/w airbag rite? yeah, i know it is not easy to get 1 in our market... but will try to search around or worst come to worst might get an m sport wheel then diy add in paddle shifter. anyway, thanx for sharing bro.

What is your current steering wheel? The 4 spokes?

It is possible but not practical. The paddles with its brackets sometimes costs as much as the paddleshift steering itself.
